Architect Bruce McLeod has furnished us the preliminary plans for one town home building one below and has completed plans for 56 of the 98 town homes. We will post the rest when receive the graphics. There will be 18 different buildings with 4 to 8 units in each and approximately 8 different looks.

The town homes will range from 1600 to over 3000 square feet. The design will be their own "Charleston" style which will emphasize porches both single and two story reminiscent of Old South Charleston. The roomy floor plans will take maximum advantage of the beautiful lake and park views throughout the subdivision. Pre-sell pricing will begin around $250,000.

The town homes are situated with easy access to the harbor and lake access area as well as the club house, pool and tennis areas. Our goal throughout the development is to make the community "walkable" eliminating the need for automobile transportation. For those of you who don't want to walk, we do encourage and have facilitated golf cart access.
